Wooster turned a pair of double plays in a 4-1 win over the Massillon Tigers on Monday night.
The first double play came with runners on second and third in the first inning. A weak ground ball led to a rundown and an out at third, followed by a second rundown with the runner between third and home.
Wooster was led offensively by Freshman Zach Harpster who had three line drive hits in the game, including an RBI double.
AJ Hescht had the big hit to put the Generals up for good in the fourth inning with a two-out, two RBI single.
Drew Becker pitched four innings for the win, with Ben Miller picking up a three inning save.
Wooster improved to 10-6 on the year.
