The Generals took to the road Friday night and came away with a win over the Minutemen 54-43.
After a rocky first quarter shooting, Wooster found themselves down 11-7. The second quarter belonged to the Generals however, as they took the lead while forcing 19 turnovers for the half. Brayden Hamilton had 8 of his team high 16 points in the first half to lead the charge. Sophomore Ethan Hann scored all 6 of his points in the game during the 20 point spurt.
In the second half it was senior David Nolen who sparked the offense, driving holes in the defense for 10 of his 14 points. Micah McKee contributed 5 points, Drew Dossi had 6.
The Generals finished the game shooting just over 40% from the field, but had an off night behind the arc and at the free throw line.
Defensively, Dossi had 6 steals, while McKee had 3 blocked shots.
The Generals improve to 7-0, 3-0 within the Ohio Cardinal Conference.
